I am a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Boston, School of Psychology and hold a Masters of Science. Starting in 2015 I provided therapy at Life Healing Center, one of the premiere residential treatment centers in America for trauma and co-occurring psychiatric disorders in Santa Fe, New Mexico. ​

Understanding the past is important, but what we do with the here-and-now and how we move forward is just as important. I am a firm believer in growth and resilience and know from personal experience that with therapy, disciplined effort and self-compassion, growth is possible. I offer a direct, down to earth approach to therapy with a lot of humor thrown in. I use evidence based practices for the development of reliable and proven skills to effectively cope with the difficult times in life.
